BRICON Contracting Corporation has been building for homeowners across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph for 24 years — additions and second storeys, full home renovations, and custom homes from the ground up. We also take on commercial and ICI projects. Most of our new work comes from a neighbour who saw the job next door and called us.
One team handles the whole thing: design, permits, trades, and finishing. You deal with us, not five subcontractors, from the first walk-through to the final handshake.

Our Process
Every project starts with a conversation in your home, not a sales pitch. We walk the space with you, talk through what’s realistic for your budget, and put a plan on paper. From there we handle the permits, help you choose materials, protect your home while we work, and build to a schedule you’ve seen in advance.
We’re not finished until you’ve walked the completed space with us and everything on your list has been addressed.
